I am committed to providing an empathetic, comfortable, supportive space where you can feel unburdened and understood. My aim is to assist you in enhancing your awareness and insight, become more confident in your existing strengths, and to develop healthy coping habits.

I specialize in treatment of Anxiety and Depressive Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, grief, weight management, feelings of hopelessness or aimlessness, difficulties with self-esteem, self-compassion and self-sabotaging behaviors, transitional life changes, aging, care-taking stress, as well as interpersonal and relationship issues. My approach is tailored to each individual and utilizes a variety of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness-based Relaxation Techniques, and Psychodynamic Therapy, to create collaborative goals and reduce negative thoughts and maladaptive behaviors.
